A safe, stable housing option for older adults is offered by  Gracefully Aging Seniors. (G.A.A.D.C. Wellness LLC) Our independent housing choice is for ones who are capable of living independently and are seeking a quiet, respectful, and well-managed home environment.

Our housing option is ideal for seniors and older adults on fixed income, including Social Security or disability benefits, who value stability, dignity, and peace of mind.

This housing is designed to support independence-while providing structure and professional management.

Our Independent Housing is a good fit for individuals who can answer "Yes" to most of the following:

  • I am seeking long-term, stable housing

  • I am willing to follow house guidelines

This housing is not assisted living, not medical care, and not a shelter. Individuals requiring daily personal care, medical supervision, or emergency housing may not be the right fit for this housing option.
